When is the wedding taking place?

Wedding festivities will begin on Thursday, May 28 and conclude on Monday, June 1

  • May 28    Welcome Dinner

  • May 29    Maiyaan & Jago/Sangeet

  • May 30    Choora (bride's side event)

  • May 31     Wedding

  • June 1      Reception​​​

It is recommended to check-in: Thursday, May 28 and check-out: Tuesday, June 2

How do I RSVP?

Scroll to the top of this page and click RSVP. Please RSVP by November 30, 2025. 

Will there be food provided during the wedding festivities?

Yes! All wedding events (with the exception of the Choora) will be fully catered with a variety of cuisines, including vegetarian and vegan options.

How should I book my travel?

Flights

  • We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Book with preferred airline or use google flights to find the best deal

Resort

  • You must be booked via our group link (provided in the booking tab) to join wedding events and access special room rates

  • Guests not booked through our personalized link cannot attend wedding events, unless you have purchased a day pass 

  • Resort block rates are available May 25 to June 5 via booking link

How do I travel between the airport and the hotel?

  • 4+ nights stay: complimentary round-trip transfers

  • 3 nights stay: $50 USD per person, round-trip

  • Use this link to book your transfer- transfers.palaceresorts.com

  • All transfers must be booked no later than 5 days prior to travel 

Can I stay off the resort and attend the wedding?

Yes, however:

  • A day pass costs $200 USD per person/day

  • You must leave the property by 11:00 PM

Will there be additional costs?

The resort is all-inclusive (food, drinks, alcohol). Extra costs only apply if you choose:

  • Spa treatments

  • Off-site excursions

​Do I need to bring cash?

It’s a good idea to carry some USD to tip the wait staff for a job well done.

Is there a dress code?

Please see the Wedding Events tab for full details of suggested outfits

For the Wedding Ceremony the following attire is highly recommended:

  • Gents: Gray suit with a white shirt

  • Ladies: Desi outfit in any shade of blue

  • It will be required for all guests to cover their heads for the ceremony. Gents will be provided with a rumaal and ladies should bring a scarf.

What will the weather be like?
  • Highs: ~ 86-90°F / 30-32°C

  • Lows: ~ 74-78°F / 23-26°C

  • Expect high humidity, coastal breezes and warm days in May

Should I get travel insurance?

Optional but recommended

 

Are kids really free?

Yes! Kids & teens 17 at time of check-in and under stay, play, and eat free with an adult (max 4 persons per room, including kids)

 

When can I book restaurant reservations?

Opens two weeks before arrival and make reservation via the Palace app
